The Detroit Lions need no introduction, everyone knows who they are and there's a reason behind that. Despite not having a “Super Bowl” win, the Lions dominated throughout their early years. After entering the league in 1934 they went on to win four championships in a 20 year span. Yes this was half of a century ago but it is still the pride the Detroit lions are built on. With a change and shift in culture throughout the last decade, the Lions have begun to get back to their ways and reemerge as a dominating franchise like they once were, with young and vibrant talent like Jahmyr Gibbs, Jared Goff and Aiden Hutchinson the Lions are back being contenders for a trophy they once held half a century ago.
Although it's been quite a while since bringing that trophy back to Detroit the Lions have still had success throughout the years, reaching the playoffs most recently in 23’ but falling short. Talent hasn’t been a problem for Detroit and that’s been the story for quite some time now, why is it that they have so much talent yet fall short of the stick on a year after year basis? Short answer, no one knows. The pride is still standing strong and is supported by us all as we wish to go all the way and bring that trophy back home to the Motor City.
